spirulinaToday I will let you in on what I take during Detox – so many clients ask me this question , here we go!. My therapeutic aim is to cleanse out my liver and get my fitness back to peak condition. I am taking the following herbs, nutrients and Superfoods:

  1. A methylated B vitamin – this form of vitamin doesn’t need to be activated by your body and can go straight into your cells for use
  2. Fish oil – loads of these in liquid form as they are anti inflammatory
  3. coQ10 – brilliant fat soluble antioxidant and great for energy
  4. Zinc – hair, skin, nails ladies!
  5. Iron – not eating meat and will have a period at some point
  6. Vitamin E – another gorgeous anti oxidant
  7. Probiotics – essential to rebalance the gut flora when detoxing
  8. Herbs – turmeric (antioxidant), St Mary’s thistle (liver tonic) and Schizandra (liver tonic)
  9. Fulvic acid – helps to chelate heavy metals
  10. Acai berry – richest anti oxidant berry in the world
  11. Chlorophyll – internal alkaliser and cleanser
  12. Aloe Vera juice – soothes the entire digestive system
  13. P2 Detox – stunning formula to eliminate the bad estrogens in our body and support liver Detox

So, please don’t ever complain to me that I give you too much to take/do as I do that and more myself! And I must say that by doing this for a month twice a year I truly believe that my general health just keeps on getting better. I rarely get sick and considering my phenomenally busy schedule last year with the show and 3 clinics I did so well. A word of warning – please dont go and self prescribe a heap of supplements for yourself as they can all interact and you wont get a good result. Go and see a naturopath to get it individualised for your needs so that you do get brilliant results.
